Yes! We have plenty of free parking directly in front of the studio and in the Naples City Parking Garage at the corner of 8th St. South & 6th Ave. South.
Yes! We have yoga mats and hot yoga mat towels for rent. We have plenty of cold water and drinks for purchase. We also have filtered water to refill your own water bottle. Remeber, our studio is HOT, so keep hydrated.
Our studio is heated with infrared panels, bringing the temperature to a comfortable range of 85 to 100 degrees. Infrared heat not only creates a soothing environment but also offers added health benefits like improved circulation and muscle flexibility. Whether you're new to hot yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, ensure you feel supported and confident every step of the way.
We get it - life happens! To ensure a peaceful & focused enviroment for everyone, we kindly ask that all students arrive on time, as we do not allow late walk-ins once the class has started. Additionally, the instructor locks the front door for security purposes once the class has begun.
Cancellations must be made at least TWO hours before the scheduled class time to be fully refunded. Cancellations made within TWO hours of the scheduled class time will result in a $15 charge.
Drop In & Class Pack Students - Are not eligable for a refund if they no-show for their scheduled class.
Members (monthly or yearly) - Will be charged $15 if they no-show for their scheduled class.
We are huge animal lovers at BEHOT! But at the studio, we kindly request you leave your little ones at home.

No, we have one unisex restroom for our customers which is large enough to use as a changing room. So put on that bathing suit after you get your sweat on and head to the beach!!
Yes and Yes! We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and cash for payment at the studio.
